Payment Timing

Payment is processed immediately upon purchase.

Service Delivery Time

Service becomes available immediately once the subscription is activated after payment completion.
For Enterprise Plan users (including plans separately designated by us), the application process differs from standard subscription sign-ups. After we obtain the required information from the customer—such as name, email address, and selected plan details—and payment is completed, the plan will be applied and the service provided within 10 business days.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service, we do not accept cancellations or refunds after purchase for any reason. Please review the content before applying. For standard subscription plans, you may cancel at any time from your profile page.
Enterprise Plan customers who wish to cancel must contact us at least 10 business days before the next plan renewal date.
