A'alda Y Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “A'alda”) and Docquity Holdings Pte. Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as “Docquity”; together with “A'alda”, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) jointly developed and Docquity provides the “Vets Ask AI” and “My AI Vet services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”). In providing these Services, the Company will comply with relevant laws and regulations, exercise the utmost care, and strive to ensure the security management of personal information collected from customers, including its collection, use, and storage.

The Company will establish a personal information protection manager for the acquired personal information and, under their management and supervision, implement security measures such as access management, removal restrictions, and unauthorized access prevention measures to ensure appropriate management.

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties except for the following reasons:
